TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by Michigan Tigers Academy Director, Mark Swinley. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, who has a mental or physical disability. Our goal is to enable the young athletes with disabilities to become valued and successful members of the Michigan Tigers family. Mark has been the Director of TOPSoccer in the Ann Arbor area since 2010 and is very excited to relaunch the program in partnership with WideWorld Sports Center and MSYSA
