Clay Work Studio offers classes to everyone ranging from K12 and beyond. Most of our classes are projects based on age and skill level. We offer a variety of fun workshops or single class "projects" such as wheel throwing workshops. We love setting up one-time classes for special occasions or just a fun time out. If you would like to work on your own projects at Clay Work Studio , our space is available for rent on a monthly bases (supplies are included).

The Ann Arbor Soccer Association is a non-profit civic organization that promotes and maintains the availability of adult recreational soccer for the Ann Arbor community. Over the past three decades, AASA has become a fixture of the soccer community in the Ann Arbor area. Our mission is to provide a fun and safe soccer game and atmosphere to all individuals regardless of playing experience or skill level. We are an all-volunteer-run organization run by a governing board.

Rock 101 is one of School of Rock Ann Arbor's top programs for kids and beginners. Students have one weekly group rehearsal where they learn to play classic rock songs that have been simplified for beginner musicians. Additionally, Rock 101 students in Ann Arbor have a weekly private music lesson with an instructor who helps them learn the concepts and skills behind their performance songs.

The men’s team won championships in the following leagues: Michigan Soccer League, Great Lakes Men's Soccer League, Michigan-Ontario Soccer League and Southeast Michigan Premier Soccer League and has represented the State of Michigan in national tournaments. The women’s team won titles in the Great Lakes Women's Soccer League and represented the state in regional tournaments. Ann Arbor United Soccer Club has promoted the growth of adult and youth soccer throughout the Ann Arbor area. This active and dynamic organization remains committed to its founding principles: to teach the game of soccer; to help each player reach his or her highest potential; to build a better community through the active involvement of our teams, coaches and athletes. The youth section of the club began operation in the fall of 2000 and continue to support teams of all ages and genders at the Premier, Select and Recreation levels. An academy program is also in place to work with players who are still not old enough to participate in the travel programs. Players and coaches played key roles in helping local high schools to their respective state titles. Players have also moved on to playing for college teams around the state and nation. Club teams have been competing in the top divisions of the respective leagues and tournaments while earning state and national recognition.

My name is Clifton Williams and I teach guitar, bass, mandolin, ukulele, and songwriting/production lessons for adults and kids in Ann Arbor and the surrounding areas. I've been playing all of these instruments for a LONG time and have been teaching them for about 15 years. I also help form bands and mentor them through the process of playing together, writing songs, booking shows, and recording. And of course, I also PLAY and write my own music.

TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by Michigan Tigers Academy Director, Mark Swinley. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, who has a mental or physical disability. Our goal is to enable the young athletes with disabilities to become valued and successful members of the Michigan Tigers family. Mark has been the Director of TOPSoccer in the Ann Arbor area since 2010 and is very excited to relaunch the program in partnership with WideWorld Sports Center and MSYSA

Since 2005, the Ann Arbor A's have worked toward becoming the premier travel baseball program in both Washtenaw County, and southeast Michigan. With a strong emphasis on fundamentals, and proper training, the A's have enjoyed tremendous success since that original team 16 years ago. In 2021, the A's has grown it's ranks to include nearly 200 ballplayers from all corners of southeast Michigan to comprise an incredible 17 teams between the 8U and 14U divisions. Additionally, the A's enjoyed tremendous growth and success among the ranks of the Kensignton Valley Baseball and Softball Association (KVBSA) as well as local and national tournaments in 2021. This season's successes comes on the heels of the opening of our brand-new state-of-the-art facility - South State Sports - located just up the road in Saline, MI. There, the A's enjoy the benefits of a 10,000sq foot facility strictly dedicated to maximizing the development of athletes both physically and mentally. Tryouts are typically held in Late July - Early August with winter workouts beginning at South State Sports in December or January. The A’s philosophy is to focus on playing baseball the right way and develop the fundamentals of each and every player in the organization. Each coach strives to instill the following principles within their players: Play hard – Give 100% effort on and off the field. Teach the fundamentals of fielding, hitting, throwing, and base running. Respect the game of baseball Good sportsmanship – respect coaches, umpires, players, and parents – win and lose graciously. Be coachable – receive constructive feedback from coaches and work to improve technique. Have fun playing the great game of baseball!By implementing these philosophies, the A's are able to build strong teams, a strong organization, and most importantly- strong young men.

Ann Arbor's premier pottery gallery exhibiting works made in our studio and by various national and local ceramic artists. Our studio offers community workspace and our classes help students to further their knowledge and practice of pottery making both on and off the wheel. Our Try It Once on the wheel class is held one Saturday each month at 1:00 and is a great way to to try out the pottery wheel before committing to a full class semester. Pottery making is fun!
